What is not brought to consciousness, comes to us as fate.
— Carl Jung

In My Work

I draw on Jungian, archetypal, and psychodynamic approaches, holding a holistic perspective: each of us is like a tapestry, where past, present, and future weave a story of who we are, where we come from, and how our lives unfold.

Respecting the wisdom in mind, body, and psyche, I hold space for the unconscious, for what emerges through the body, and for how you relate to the world creatively and through your senses. This process trusts the natural movement toward wholeness.

Tending to the Psyche

Grounded in depth psychology, my work — whether in psychotherapy or transformational coaching — focuses on understanding inner patterns, cultivating awareness, and supporting meaningful change.

A depth-oriented approach attends not only to behaviors or symptoms, but to the underlying patterns, conflicts, and unconscious dynamics that shape how we experience ourselves and our lives. This work values curiosity, reflection, and the gradual unfolding of insight over quick fixes. We explore how early experiences, relational patterns, imagination, and the symbolic life of the psyche inform present-day challenges.

A Collaborative Process

At the heart of this work is a collaborative relationship. I move at a pace that honors each person’s readiness, capacity, and intentions. Sessions may include reflective dialogue, attention to emotional and somatic experience, symbolic material such as dreams or images, and practices that support integration and embodied awareness.

Therapy and coaching share this foundation, differing primarily in focus, structure, and timeframe, allowing each person to engage in the way that best meets their goals.

Pathways into the Work

This approach can be entered through different doorways, depending on what feels most alive or relevant: exploring individuation, working with the body, engaging creativity, or preparing for psychedelic experiences.

Each pathway reflects the same underlying orientation and can stand alone or weave together over time.
