Change is sweeping ever more rapidly throughout our world; often so rapidly that we can hardly prepare for it, let alone assimilate it, before another wave sweeps over us. Like the grain of sand in the oyster that becomes the pearl, challenges that we encounter in our day-to-day lives can help us to develop in beautiful ways. At other times they can be overwhelming or traumatic, and, as such, have a profound impact on body, mind, or spirit.

Jungian & Psychodynamic Therapy

Depth Psychology with Somatic Awareness

Integrating psychodynamic, Jungian, and somatic approaches for those on the path of healing and individuation.

The Beauty of Depth Work

Depth psychology—including Jungian and psychodynamic therapy—rests on the conviction that each of us is guided by an innate movement toward balance and wholeness—what Jung called individuation.

This natural process can be disrupted by wounds, by trauma, by the accumulated weight of what remains unspoken and unintegrated. Depth work trusts the psyche's wisdom—listening to what wants to emerge, creating space for understanding and insight, honoring the currents that lead toward your most authentic self.

An Alchemical Process

My practice is grounded in psychodynamic, Jungian, and somatic approaches—modalities that honor the multidimensional nature of human experience: mind, body, and psyche. This richly layered approach serves as a strong foundation for the journey toward healing and individuation.

Weaving between conscious and unconscious material, we explore the stories you bring: your yearnings, relationships, successes and failures, the complexities of lived experience. And we attend to dreams, fantasies, somatic sensations, symbols, archetypes—all doorways leading to wholeness and balance.

The challenges we meet, the storms of life—anxiety, creative blocks, relational issues—are not merely symptoms but psyche's call for healing and integration. What has been repressed seeks acknowledgement. What has been split off has a story to tell. Beneath the challenges lies not only wounding, but unlived potential, disowned gifts, the full richness of your life.

A Therapeutic Journey

You might be navigating trauma, creative blocks, relationship issues, or questions of meaning and purpose.

Often it is those conflicts in inner or outer life that become an invitation to reflect on recurring patterns, unmet longings and dreams, the deeper meaning of this life.

This work is for those who are answering the call of individuation—for those drawn on a journey to inner worlds, to the mysteries and challenges met along the way. I welcome you to reach out for a conversation about whether this approach is right for you.
