I’ve been working in private practice, primarily with adults, for more than a decade. I’m licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist in New York, California, and Oregon, certified in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), and am a trained yoga and Pilates instructor. Most recently I am certified in psychedelic augmented psychotherapy.

Following graduate studies in depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, I embarked on a five-year postgraduate training under Jungian analytic supervision, followed by an immersive year-long training at the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. Focusing on the field of trauma led to two years at a residential childcare facility, where I developed an integrative approach, weaving in elements of psychotherapy and EMDR with equine therapy, Pilates, yoga and adventure therapy. 

I continue to expand my knowledge and skill base in the field of mind-body therapy. This has included ongoing study in Jungian and psychodynamic therapy, dream analysis, shadow work, meditation, Somatic Experiencing, Focusing, Feldenkreis and many other therapeutic modalities. These incredible resources allow me to better support you in your journey of healing, individuation, creative self-expression or connection to your authentic self.
