Beginning the Journey
How We Work Together in Therapy
Beginning therapy is an act of courage. It can mean stepping toward something unknown, navigating trust and vulnerability. Allowing yourself to be seen—not just the parts you have learned to show the world.
If you're drawn to exploring your inner worlds, dreams, trauma, creativity, or the mysteries of your own becoming—I invite you to reach out. Let's explore whether this might be right for you.

How We Work Together
This online depth psychology practice allows me to support my clients across borders and time zones. I offer individual psychotherapy online to adults in New York, California, and Oregon, as well as to a global community of expats and those living or working abroad
Ongoing Psychotherapy
50-minute sessions—weekly or biweekly—with rhythm and frequency that adapt to your needs. Our work is collaborative and relational. I bring training, experience, and a holistic approach, but you are the expert on your own life. Together, we explore what is asking to be seen, felt, and understood.
Integration Sessions
For those preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences, longer 90-minute integration sessions are generally best. These typically span 3-6 meetings and can also transition into ongoing therapy for those seeking deeper exploration.
Who This Work Is For
This is well-suited for those who are drawn to introspection, dreams, and the symbolic language of the unconscious. This approach serves those navigating trauma, creative blocks, relationship issues, life transitions, or existential questions, and who are seeking growth beyond just symptom management.
This way of working may not serve you well if you're seeking acute crisis intervention or short-term problem-solving. It may also feel incompatible if you need more directive, solution-focused work at this stage of your journey.
